Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction Contracts & Compliance Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in La Palma, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced construction administrative professional who enjoys managing contracts, compliance documents, subcontractor onboarding, and project documentation in a fast-paced residential and commercial construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process construction documents, including preliminary notices, lien releases, bonds, contracts, and change orders.
- Assist with construction contract administration and ensure documentation meets internal and industry compliance standards.
- Manage insurance-related documentation, including Certificates of Insurance, OCIP requirements, and related compliance records.
- Upload, organize, and maintain high volumes of project documentation across web-based platforms and internal tracking systems.
- Coordinate business license renewals and company certifications across California, Arizona, and Nevada.
- Support subcontractor onboarding by issuing agreements and NDAs, collecting required documents, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
