Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, and will be responsible for producing high-quality welded products that meet industry standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all welds are completed to specifications.
Duties
- Perform welding tasks mainly MIG welding, TIG welding preferred as well but not required.
- Read blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Assemble components according to specifications while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively in the fabrication process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficient in welding techniques.
- Experience with torches and plasma cutting tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to welding and fabrication.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.
