About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team near Cheyenne, WY. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students strengthen communication skills that support academic and social success.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about working in educational settings with students across a variety of age groups and communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support students with articulation, fluency, language, social communication, and related disorders
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active State SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CF candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
