Veterinary Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant
As one of the first contacts who greets our clients, you play a crucial role in our team through your ability to help each client/patient feel they are our top priority. You provide first-class service to our clients with enthusiasm, energy. You must thrive in a busy, fast paced environment and be able to master multi-tasking with strong attention to detail. Ability to restrain and work with animals.

Our animal hospital offers preventive care, advanced surgical, orthopedic and dental techniques, acupuncture and chiropractic as well as full-service care for family pets and owners. What we are looking for in a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative:

- Multiple phone line and computer experience (Email and MS Word)
- Comfortable learning new computer skills
- Some Saturdays and evenings required.
- Minimum 1-year experience working in a veterinary/medical practice preferred
· Experience with Avimark Software is preferred.
· Ability to occasionally assist doctors and technicians with restraining dogs and cats.
· Ability to handle large dogs and lift pet carriers
· Ability to lift 45 pounds

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
