Role: Production Operator
Location: Plumsteadville, PA
Pay Range: $20-22/hr

Job Description:
Seeking a Production Operator to operate and support particle size reduction equipment, handle materials, and ensure production work is completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures
- Forklift experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Operate milling and processing equipment per work instructions
- Set up, clean, and prepare equipment for production runs
- Handle raw materials and finished goods
- Monitor processing parameters and adjust as needed
- Perform basic in-process quality checks and assist with particle size testing
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Train and operate in compliance with company quality systems and safety requirements
- Follow all safety, quality, and facility procedures at all times
- Assist with general housekeeping of the production area
