We’re looking for a driven, skilled, and hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team in a fast-paced, scratch‑kitchen environment. If you thrive in organized chaos, love building great food from real recipes, and know your way around fryers like a pro, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Lead
- Daily kitchen operations in a high-volume fry/fry-forward concept
- Scratch prep, recipe execution, and consistent food quality
- Line organization, expo flow, and ticket management
- Training, coaching, and developing BOH team members
- Food safety, sanitation, and Health Department compliance
- Inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Maintaining a clean, efficient, and positive kitchen culture
What You Bring
- Open availability — nights, weekends, holidays when needed
- Strong kitchen experience in high-volume environments
- Proven skill with commercial fryers, oil management, and station flow
- Ability to follow and enforce scratch recipes with precision
- Leadership presence — calm, confident, and able to motivate a team
- Strong communication and a “team-first” mentality
- High personal standards for cleanliness, organization, and execution
