Job Title: Project Manager

Addison Group is partnering with a growing company in the Furniture & Design industry to identify a Project Manager who will oversee project execution from initial planning through final delivery. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple project timelines, and contribute to the successful completion of high-visibility client initiatives.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support project goals and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or resource constraints.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding milestones and status.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Resolve project-related issues and implement solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while delivering a high level of service.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within furniture, design, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations is preferred.
