We are seeking a Sales Manager that is passionate about hospitality to join our sales team and drive business growth primarily through our off-premise accounts. This role is responsible for guiding prospective clients from their initial inquiry through signed contract by delivering an exceptional sales experience built on trust, creativity, and genuine hospitality. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships, understands luxury service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside our operations and culinary teams to help create unforgettable weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
This is a relationship-first sales role. Success isn't measured by how many quotes are sent, it's measured by the quality of client relationships, conversion rates, and the experiences we help create.
Starting pay is $50,000 base salary + commission for every closed contract.
Expect up to 50% remote work and 50% on-site work at various locations around Dallas/Collin County.
Duties
- Respond to new inquiries within company response time goals
- Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients
- Schedule and lead venue tours, tastings, and consultations
- Prepare customized catering proposals and menus
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients
- Negotiate within company pricing guidelines
- Close new business and collect signed agreements
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Skills
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Excellent organization and time management
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends when events require
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Catering or hospitality experience
