Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and process groups in our OP, IOP, and PHP programs.
- Complete clinical documentation in Behave Health EMR.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when appropriate.
- Collaborate with our Medical Director, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Director, and case management team.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment utilizing CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and other best practices.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, ASAM Criteria, and Tennessee behavioral health regulations.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Tennessee license or license eligibility (LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, LPC Temp, LMFT,LADAC, or equivalent).
- Experience working with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
