YOU MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE SEATED-FULL SERVICE RESTAURNT EXPERIENCE. A MAST 12 AND YOUR FOOD HANDLERS PERMIT. YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE ITEMS AND EXPERIENCE.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards
- Assist in menu planning and food preparation for different dining settings, including fine dining experiences and catering events
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and positive guest interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Support golf course maintenance staff in landscaping, course setup, or equipment upkeep as needed
- Provide support in daily operational tasks such as stocking supplies, assisting with event setups, or managing support areas
- Handle food handling responsibilities with care, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly valued for understanding special dietary needs
- Strong culinary skills including knife techniques, meal preparation, and food industry knowledge
- Previous restaurant or food service experience demonstrating excellent customer interaction skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with menu planning, catering operations, and fine dining standards is a plus
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and guest satisfaction
