Achieve ABA Therapy Group is looking for Behavior Technicians to join our growing team of passionate and caring team members.

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is locally operated by BCBAs who understand and appreciate the impact of direct therapy work that the BT does each day. BTs are supported and have close contact with their supervisors for any concerns or questions.
Compensation & Benefits for our Behavior Technician:
$25.00-$27.00 per hour (increases to $28 hourly once certified)

Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills:
High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
Reliable transportation
Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
Desire to learn and work independently at times
BT must enroll in the 40-hour RBT course within 1-2 days of hire.
BT must complete the 40-hour RBT course within 7-14 days of hire.
BT must schedule and complete the RBT Competency Assessment within 15 days of hire.
BT must obtain full RBT certification within 30 days of hire.
Duties of the Behavior Technician:
Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
Reliably attends scheduled sessions
Participate in ongoing trainings
