Experienced Luxury & Exotic Automotive Technician Velocity Motorcars Nashville
Velocity Motorcars Nashville is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team. We specialize in high-end luxury, European, and exotic vehicles including Porsche, Audi, Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and other premium brands.
This role is ideal for a technician confident in diagnostics, maintenance, and major repairs who wants to work in a quality-focused shop without the bureaucracy of a corporate dealership. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on luxury, European, and exotic vehicles across multiple systems including electrical, drivability, suspension, brakes, and cooling.
- Complete repairs efficiently with a high standard of workmanship and accuracy.
- Prepare inventory vehicles for sale by identifying needed repairs and ensuring they are mechanically ready.
- Document repair findings, completed work, and recommended services clearly for the service team.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and support efficient shop flow.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of technician experience; European, luxury, or exotic vehicle experience strongly preferred.
- Brand familiarity with Porsche, Audi, Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or similar is a plus.
- ASE certifications or manufacturer/brand-specific training preferred.
- Experience with Shopmonkey, Autel, or manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools preferred.
- Ability to work independently from diagnosis through completion with strong attention to detail.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to continued training and certifications.
