About DreamCare Physical Therapy Sport & Wellness
DreamCare Physical Therapy Sport & Wellness is a growing mobile outpatient physical therapy practice serving patients throughout Southern California. We bring high-quality, personalized physical therapy directly to patients in the comfort of their homes, allowing our therapists to provide exceptional one-on-one care without the productivity pressures of a traditional clinic.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based interventions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Document visits accurately and promptly using our electronic medical record (SPRY).
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Home health experience is a plus but not required
