We’re seeking Board-Certified Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians to provide comprehensive outpatient care at clinics throughout the Tucson, AZ area. This role is ideal for physicians who value building long-term patient relationships, managing chronic conditions, and delivering personalized care in a collaborative team environment.

Schedule:
- Full-time employed position
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- No overnights
- No holidays
- Limited phone-based call rotation only
Locations Available:
- Avondale, AZ
- Casas Adobes, AZ
- East Tucson, AZ
- Harrison Hills, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a panel of senior patients in a value-based care model
- Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, CHF, and chronic kidney disease
- Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine screenings
- Focus on long-term patient relationships and high-quality outcomes
- Educate patients on chronic disease management and preventive health strategies
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Required)
- Active and unrestricted Arizona Medical License
- DEA registration with no restrictions
- Outpatient primary care experience required
- Experience with Medicare Advantage or value-based care preferred
