Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and skilled Gate Repair Technician to join our team full-time. This position will perform repairs, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure gates are operating safely and correctly for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gate issues (mechanical and electronic)
- Troubleshoot problems with gate motors, operators, sensors, keypads, remotes, and related systems
- Perform maintenance and replacements as needed
- Communicate with customers professionally
- Complete job documentation as required
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures on every job site
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a gate repair technician (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily route/tasks
- Must have a valid driver license
- Reliable transportation skills (company vehicle provided)
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to handle physically active work (lifting, working outdoors, loading/unloading equipment)
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic weekly payment
- Commission opportunities (earn more based on performance)

Pay: $1,145.52 - $1,284.50 per week
Work Location: On the road
