Full-Time OTR (Hourly Model)

$33.65 – $40.87 per hour ($70,000 – $85,000 annually)

Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
Part-Time OTR

$33 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
On-site collaboration between OT, Speech Therapy and ABA
Direct collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
Clinical Competency Specialist for ongoing specialty training

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
