Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and unload event rental items (tables, chairs, décor, etc.)
- Assist with event setups and breakdowns
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently to meet delivery and pickup schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
- Follow proper handling procedures to prevent damage to rental items
- Utilize basic carpentry skills when needed for installations or adjustments
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior delivery, moving, or event logistics experience preferred
- Carpentry experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude
- Weekend availability is mandatory
- Flexible availability for occasional late-night pickups and event breakdowns
