Assistant Controller
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (flexible)

- Work alongside an experienced Controller in a highly analytical environment.

- Prepare and record revenue transactions.
- Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to leadership.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage daily cash activity and related accounting functions.
- Prepare month-end close schedules and supporting documentation for Controller review.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Advanced experience with variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- CPA background or prior Controller-level experience is highly preferred.
