Transformative Healthcare Solutions (THS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to provide psychotherapy services to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the Jacksonville area. This position offers schedule flexibility, autonomy in managing your caseload, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services to patients in assigned skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
- Collaborate with facility staff, Primary Care Providers, Medication Management teams, and patient representatives (POAs, DPOAs, Guardians) to coordinate patient care.
- Build and maintain your caseload through consistent communication with assigned facility contacts.
- Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and within established deadlines.
- Travel to assigned facilities within your designated region.
- Review documentation, provide clinical guidance to supervisees, and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Florida Licensed Psychologist license.
- Experience working with the geriatric population is required.
- Previous supervision or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Professional liability insurance required (employees receive reimbursement).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
