Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries appropriately
- Manage incoming calls and emails promptly, ensuring clear communication and follow-up
- Coordinate escrow transactions by receiving incoming wires, posting them and advising clients of receipt.
- Support our team of closers and processors.processing activities by verifying scheduling files for closing and data entry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry accuracy
