Management experience required. Duties include: formulation batch cards, purchasing, supervising equipment installation, hiring laborers and safety training. Some knowledge of pesticides and fertilizers is required. Must use Microsoft Excel and Mainframe information system. Must be able to interrupt reports and create production schedules. Production hours are 7 am to 5 pm weekdays.
