Christina White Salon is a growing luxury salon brand with locations in Chesterfield, Brentwood, and St. Charles, Missouri. We specialize in luxury hair extensions, blonding, balayage, color, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
We are seeking a strong leader to help drive team performance, sales results, and client experience at our Brentwood location.
This is not a traditional administrative management role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment, enjoys coaching people, and is motivated by achieving goals.
Whether your background is in a salon, spa, medspa, fitness studio, hospitality, or retail leadership, we're looking for someone who can lead a team, prioritize effectively under pressure, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected earnings of $58,000-$65,000+ annually
- Guaranteed base pay of $23/hour

What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a high-performing front desk team
- Drive memberships, rebooking, retail sales, and client retention
- Hold team members accountable to performance goals and expectations
- Train and develop new team members
- Support daily salon operations and appointment flow
- Resolve client concerns professionally and confidently
- Ensure every guest receives a luxury-level experience
- Help create a positive, high-performance team culture
What We're Looking For
- Leadership, supervisory, or management experience required
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume service environment strongly preferred
- Experience in salons, spas, medspas, fitness studios, hospitality, retail, or other service-based businesses preferred
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Sales-minded and goal-oriented
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional, confident, and comfortable handling difficult conversations
- Passion for leadership, client experience, and team development
Schedule Requirements
- Full-time position
- Evening availability required
- Some Saturday availability required
