B2 Medical designs, fabricates, and deploys modular medical facilities throughout the United States. We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds high-quality medical environments.
What You'll Do
- Build and fabricate modular medical units as part of a skilled production team.
- Cut, measure, and assemble steel and aluminum framing components.
- Perform MIG welding and torch cutting (training available for qualified candidates).
- Install walls, flooring, insulation, doors, and interior finishes.
- Assist with electrical and plumbing rough-in preparation.
- Operate fabrication and construction equipment, including grinders, saws, drills, and other hand and power tools.
- Read and follow drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with delivery, deployment, and installation of completed modular units when required.
- Work alongside experienced team members to develop valuable trade and fabrication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction, fabrication, manufacturing, welding, or other skilled trades.
- Experience with flooring, finish work, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work safely in a shop and construction environment.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- MIG welding, torch cutting, or metal fabrication experience.
- Experience operating equipment, forklifts, rigging equipment, or heavy machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints and work from measurements.
- OSHA 10 or other construction-related certifications.
- Class A CDL (additional compensation available).
