Position Title : Investment Lead
General Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
Oversee the management of company surplus funds and CEO’s personal assets
Ensure strategic allocation across equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
Regularly rebalance portfolios to optimize performance amid market changes
Investment Execution & Analysis
Execute investment strategies in alignment with capital market expectations and risk tolerance
Analyze corporate financial disclosures (10-Q, 10-K) for investment opportunities
Evaluate alternative investment opportunities, including commodities and structured products
Track and benchmark portfolio performance and market indicators Reporting & Advisory
Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for leadership
Provide insights on economic cycles, sector outlooks (especially IT and retail), and market trends
Advise on investment policy, risk management, and capital deployment strategies
Leverage relationships with investment banks and wealth management firms to access competitive products and favorable rates
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
10~15 years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or financial strategy
Bilingual in English and Korean
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, professionalism, and business judgment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing both corporate and personal investment portfolios
Exposure to IT and retail sector investments
Familiarity with financial systems beyond Excel (e.g.,Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar)
Prior experience liaising with investment banks and wealth management firms
Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
