We’re seeking an experienced, dependable and patient focused Dental Assistant to join our team in our established, doctor owned dental practice.
What You’ll Do
- Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and patients for procedures
- Take dental X-rays and assist with imaging
- Maintain sterilization processes and follow infection-control protocols
- Assist with impressions, temporaries, and other clinical tasks within scope
- Accurately document procedures while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Support patient comfort, communication, and education
- Help maintain efficient clinic flow and strong team collaboration
- Maintain dental supply inventory
What We’re Looking For
- Dental assisting certificate or equivalent experience
- Indiana radiology license
- Previous chairside assisting experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology and general procedures
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where able
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
