ADD Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring dependable, reliable, and customer-focused Delivery Associates to join our growing team in Los Angeles.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $22.50 per hour
- Company-provided delivery vehicle (No CDL required)
- Paid training, including Step Van opportunities

Job Responsibilities
- Safely deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses
- Operate a company-provided delivery van
- Use GPS/navigation technology to complete routes efficiently
- Load, organize, and deliver packages accurately
- Follow all company and Amazon safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance
- Punctual, safety-focused, and able to work independently
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
Schedule
- Approximate start time: 10:30 AM
- 8–10 hour shifts
- 3–5 days per week
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Open availability preferred
- Weekend and holiday availability required based on business needs
