Responsibilities of the Energy Sales Team Member
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with business customers to introduce energy service options.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for every customer, answering questions and guiding them through available plans.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best energy solutions through consultative sales conversations.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to create long-term partnerships.
- Work alongside the leadership team to strengthen sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
