BicBugs is looking for someone interested in nature and science, with a passion for science education and outreach. Experience is not required, as on-the-job training is provided. Interest in insects, arachnids, or any related sciences is valued.

Throughout the year we vend at several in-person shows/fairs (local and out-of-state) and host insect pinning classes.
In this position, you will represent BicBugs at retail fairs/shows within your regional area. This will include shows up to 10 hours away. Events may include reptile shows, art festivals, and comic-cons. Events occur on weekends, a typical weekend shift runs from Thursday through Monday. Remote work will be offered in between events. BicBugs will compensate for gas, food, and lodging, and you will be clocked in during your travels. Paid training will be provided by BicBugs.

There may also be future opportunities available for managing additional employees, collecting specimens and establishing entomology classes within your local area.
