Job Description: GFI Academy is seeking a passionate and skilled Youth Soccer Coach to join our dynamic coaching team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering high-quality soccer training sessions in alignment with the club’s Player Development Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Plans: Create age-appropriate training sessions that align with the club's player development plan.
- Coach and Mentor: Provide individualized attention to players to enhance their technical, tactical, physical, and mental growth during training and games.
- Team Management: Organize and manage teams with consistent planning, communication and timely administrative work to ensure a positive experience for all players and their families.
- Evaluate Players: Assess player performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to players and parents.
- Promote Sportsmanship: Model and instill values of teamwork, respect, and fair play in all players.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other coaches and club staff to ensure consistency across programs and maintain a supportive club culture.
- Safety First: Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions, games, and club events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching youth soccer, preferably at club or academy level.
- Strong understanding of soccer techniques, tactics, and training methodologies.
- Coaching certifications (e.g., USSF Grassroots License, D License, or higher) preferred.
- Ability to work with players of varying ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for youth development and a positive, enthusiastic coaching approach.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and schedules effectively.
- SafeSport, Heads-Up, CPR, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
