POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for overall tire maintenance for semi-tractor/trailer equipment
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Removes and installs tires, which includes all aspects of repairing, replacing damaged/worn tires on tractors or trailers
- Maintains and stores tire inventories
- Disposes of damaged/old tire casings
- Maintains and operates all tire equipment
- Receives and carries out instructions
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and comply with tire repair and replacement standards
- Ability to safely and efficiently work with related tools and lifts
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. at a time
- Manual dexterity to operate tools and lifts
- The ability to handle extreme temperatures, loud and continuous noise exposure, dirt, oil and other chemicals

The nature of the environment is one in which the employee may come in contact with outside weather conditions, vibration,
moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold or extreme heat and excessive
noise levels.
