What You'll Do
- Install siding including LP SmartSide, vinyl, fiber cement, wood, and aluminum
- Install replacement and new construction windows and doors
- Install house wrap, insulation, flashing, and weather barriers
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
- Perform exterior repairs when needed
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and fellow team members
- Install interior trim when required
- Experience operating a metal brake is a plus. Owning your own brake is an added advantage.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of siding, window, and door installation experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Team player who takes ownership and solves problems

Pay: $26.50 - $40.00 per hour
