Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency.
- Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
- Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs seamlessly.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferred by not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests, but not a requirement.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation platforms.
- Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
