Position Overview
Patriot Seamless Gutters, an established, veteran-owned, seamless gutter company serving Eastern Pennsylvania since 2009, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented INSTALLER to join our installation team.

Minimum Candidate Requirements
To maintain our standard of service, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
- Professional Trade Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in carpentry, roofing, siding, or general residential construction.
- Physical Capabilities: Must be comfortable working at heights, including utilizing high ladders, staging, and scaffolding in varying weather conditions.
- Licensure: A valid Driver’s License and reliable daily transportation to our facility in New Ringgold, PA, are mandatory.
- Accountability: A proven track record of punctuality, professional conduct, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Installation: Perform customized, on-site installations of seamless aluminum gutter systems, downspouts, fascia, soffit, and snow retention systems.
- Operational Excellence: Operate and maintain specialized field equipment, including on-site gutter extrusion machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
- Client Representation: Act as a professional face of Patriot Seamless Gutters, ensuring clean job sites and addressing customer needs with courtesy and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Crew Leads to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to exact specifications.

Our Hiring Process
At Patriot Seamless Gutters, we hold our craftsmanship and team culture to a high standard. To ensure a mutually beneficial fit, our hiring process includes a Full-Day Working Interview / Field Evaluation.
If your initial application is approved, you will spend one full day, on-site, with our crew. This allows us to evaluate your hands-on trade skills, safety awareness, comfort with heights, and team dynamics in real-time.
This is a fully paid working evaluation day, compensated at an agreed-upon hourly rate.
What to Expect: You will be expected to arrive on time, in proper work attire (work boots and apparel suitable for the weather), and ready to demonstrate your work ethic alongside our experienced installers.
