Your Role
Storm damage can leave homeowners with uncertainty. Your job is to educate them, identify potential damage, and help them begin the restoration process with confidence.
Responsibilities include:
- Canvass neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our services.
- Complete roof inspections after receiving training.
- Identify signs of storm-related damage.
- Explain the insurance restoration process and answer questions.
- Partner with experienced sales leaders throughout each stage of the process.

Compensation
Monthly performance bonuses typically range from $500 to $4,000, depending on production.
Consistent, motivated representatives are expected to earn six-figure annual incomes as they develop their skills and build their pipeline.
