Job Description
Insight Global is hiring Registered, Journeyman, and Master Electricians, as well as Electrical Site Leads, to support a major data center construction project in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. This is one of the largest builds in the region, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
This role starts as a 6-month contract with over 7 years of secured work on site, providing excellent long-term career growth.
We are looking for both hands-on electricians and experienced leaders who can help drive project success and lead electrical teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install electrical systems including conduit, wiring, panels, and equipment per NEC standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in a construction setting
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Partner with site leadership to maintain productivity and timelines
- Maintain and enforce strict safety standards
- Oversee job site electrical operations (senior-level candidates)
- Lead and mentor field teams, subcontractors, and apprentices
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin electrical license (Registered, Journeyman, or Master)
- Experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Leadership experience overseeing electrical crews (for senior roles)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment
