Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner as the first point of contact

Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information to customers

Perform light administrative tasks and data entry as needed

Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in processing payments

Schedule appointments for service or sales, managing appointment calendars efficiently

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Support various departments with administrative duties as necessary

Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent-
Exceptional communication and phone etiquette skills

Strong customer service orientation with a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working with computers and basic office software (Google Suite, and dealership specific systems)

Professional appearance and demeanor

Previous experience as a receptionist or other customer-facing role is a plus
