POSITION OVERVIEW
This bartender role supports our high-volume steakhouse, Grill 225, and the Pavilion Bar rooftop. Candidates must be versatile and able to assist across our entire food and beverage operation, including special events. Full exposure to both outlets ensures daily earning potential is maximized.
We seek individuals who are guest-focused, hospitable, and capable of delivering memorable service experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bar, restaurant, or resort
- At least one full year with a previous employer
- Knowledge of wine and spirits
- Strong attention to detail and service etiquette
- Ability to follow structured procedures and multitask
- Efficiency, professionalism, and speed required
- Full-time availability preferred
COMPENSATION

Bartenders earn $75,000–$135,000+ annually, averaging $150–$600+ daily. Compensation includes base hourly pay and guest gratuities, which are performance-driven and discretionary.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be flexible and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Full-time availability will receive priority consideration.
