We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team.
This role involves:
· Marketing & Advertising: Promote available properties through online listings, social media, and local advertising to attract potential tenants.
· Tenant Relations: Conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and build rapport with prospective and current tenants.
· Application Processing: Screen applicants by performing background and credit checks to ensure eligibility.
· Lease Management: Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Rent Collection & Financial Transactions: Collect rent, security deposits, and application fees while maintaining accurate financial records.
· Property Oversight: Monitor community facilities, report maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with property regulations.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in lease agreements and property management software.
(Yardi/Yardi Breeze Premier experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
