We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide recommendations to guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
