Overview
Adonai Inner Circle Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Tax Preparers for the upcoming tax season.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have an interest in tax preparation and financial services, and are interested in developing long-term professional relationships with clients.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Tax Preparers are responsible for developing and maintaining their own client base through networking, referrals, community engagement, and other professional marketing efforts. Training, mentorship, marketing guidance, and ongoing support are provided.
Prior tax preparation experience is preferred but not required for candidates who are willing to complete the required training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare individual federal and state income tax returns
- Review client tax documents for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct client interviews to gather necessary tax information
- Identify and explain applicable tax credits, deductions, and filing requirements
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Communicate with clients regarding documents, questions, and the status of their returns
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Develop a client base through referrals, networking, community engagement, and professional marketing
- Follow IRS due diligence requirements and company compliance procedures
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of client information
- Participate in required training and professional development
- Provide timely, professional, and courteous client service
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active PTIN or willingness to obtain one before preparing tax returns
- Previous tax preparation experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage time, deadlines, and client communication
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment for remote work
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Willingness to complete required training and follow established procedures
- Willingness to develop and grow a personal client base

COMPENSATION
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and is not an hourly or salaried position.
Compensation is based on completed tax preparation services and may vary depending on client volume, return type, complexity, and services performed.
Income is not guaranteed. Contractors are responsible for developing and maintaining their own client base.
