- Full-Time Crudo/Sushi Cook
These are hands-on roles in a fast-paced kitchen where attention to detail, timing, and consistency matter.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience on a professional sushi/seafood/crudo experience
- Clean, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure
- A real team player with good communication skills
- Passion for food and interest in growing with a serious kitchen
