Boston Concrete Artisans is one of New England's leading commercial concrete polishing and surface preparation contractors. We work in major retail stores, warehouses, distribution centers, schools, hospitals, and commercial facilities throughout the Northeast.
We are growing rapidly and are looking to hire 4-6 motivated individuals who want to learn a skilled trade with excellent earning potential.
No concrete experience? No problem.
If you have attention to detail strong work ethic, show up every day, enjoy working with your hands, and want to build a long-term career, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
What You'll Do
- Operate professional concrete grinding and polishing equipment
- Remove flooring adhesives, coatings, and surface contaminants
- Repair concrete cracks, joints, spalls and damaged areas
- Polish commercial concrete floors
- Assist with equipment setup and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a professional team on commercial projects
Every day is different. You'll work in some of the largest retail stores, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and commercial buildings throughout New England.
What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates are:
- Dependable and on time

- Willing to learn
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working on their feet throughout the day
- Able to travel throughout New England (company transportation available when applicable)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Construction experience is helpful but not required

Career Progression
Laborer I
- Starting Pay: $23.00/hour
- First 200 hours
- Paid hands-on training
- Learning steps, repairs, tooling, polishing steps
Laborer II
- $25.00/hour
- After 200 successful hours
- Demonstrates reliability, attendance, and understands repairs, tooling, polishing steps
Laborer III
- $27.00/hour
- After 400 hours
- Able to operate equipment and perform concrete preparation & polishing
Concrete Polishing Technician
- $30.00/hour
- After 1,000 hours
- Can safely operate grinding equipment, complete repairs, and work independently
Crew Leader & Foreman Opportunities
- $33-$40+ per hour
- Leadership positions available for top performers
