Overview
The Curator serves as the face and voice of Genesis House, delivering a highly personalized, relationship-driven guest experience. This hands-on, client-facing role centers on storytelling, cultural engagement, and brand immersion. Curators create meaningful, memorable interactions that reflect Genesis’ commitment to luxury, design, and hospitality.
Compensation: $27.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Genesis ambassador by delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences rooted in Son-nim hospitality.

Guide guests through curated journeys across Genesis House, including automotive, cultural, and experiential elements.

Communicate the Genesis brand story, design philosophy, and product offerings with confidence and authenticity.

Tailor each interaction to meet guest needs and create memorable experiences.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with guests, owners, and VIP clients.

Capture and manage guest data to support CRM initiatives and personalized follow-up.

Support KPIs related to guest engagement, lead generation, and overall experience quality.

Assist with test drives and product demonstrations to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

Support the execution of on-site events, activations, and programming.

Maintain the space to meet luxury presentation and operational standards at all times.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Share guest feedback to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards across all guest-facing areas.

Complete timesheets accurately each week and submit by 12:00 PM on Mondays; submit expense reports within seven (7) days.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in hospitality, events, automotive, or guest experience environments.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in New York City.
