Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently, following quality and timing standards
Ensure all plates are presented correctly and placed properly at each table
Maintain full knowledge of the menu, including food, wine, and modifications
Support servers and bartenders by assisting with table maintenance and guest needs
Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and service stations
Assist with polishing glassware and silverware, stocking stations, and side work
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
Address or communicate guest concerns promptly to management
