We’re currently hiring licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for in-person, school-based roles in the Duval County School District for the upcoming school year. Full-time and part-time positions available, with your choice of W2 or 1099 employment. Work with a school as an SLP without all of the extra duties unrelated to what you're there to do - help kids thrive!

Compensation & Benefits
-W2 Employees:
- Starting at $55/hour and up (based on experience)

- $250 Annual Stipend (for licensure dues or therapy materials)
-1099 Contractors:
- Starting at $60/hour and up (based on experience)
- $750 School Year Completion Bonus

- $500 Referral Bonus for successful hires
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Florida SLP License or eligibility (required)
- School experience preferred, but will consider strong clinical background
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Must be able to work onsite/in person
