```
Duties:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sandwiches
- Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, grills, and ovens
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and processing payments
Qualifications:
-Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs off of ground and place on prep table
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling and operating a POS system
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong upselling skills to increase sales and promote additional menu items
- Ability to bus tables and assist with cleaning duties as needed
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
