Queen City Mechanicals, a commercial/industrial plumbing and utility contractor, with 40 years of industry experience operating within the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State Area, is actively seeking an experienced utility field leader to join the Queen City Mechanicals team.
- Successfully oversee the day-to-day operations of the Company
- Waterline main, taps and service tie ins
- Sanitary main, taps and structures
- Storm water drainage installation
- Concrete and asphalt restoration
- Vertical concrete forming
- Must be proficient with laser and grade work
- Responsible for company safety concerns
- On-site management of sub-contractors
- Attend project specific meetings
- Utilize project documents, including plans, specifications to layout and install infrastructure systems
- Provide external support to project managers
- Proven work history of five (5) minimum years as a foreman in the commercial/industrial field
- Proficient in all aspects of heavy equipment maintenance and operation
- Ability to utilize electronic media and forms for daily reports and time cards
- Clean driving record, drug test and background check
- Must be a member of local #265 or available to join
- Leadership skills that maximize all team members ability
- Meet with customers and professionally communicate company concerns
- Must be able to meet deadlines and manage schedule requirements
- Make on site, timely decisions in an everchanging work environment
