Unique Lady Bridal Boutique is looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable Bridal Boutique Support Associate to help keep our showroom beautiful, organized, and ready to provide an exceptional experience for every bride and guest.
This is a hands-on support position that works closely with our bridal stylists and store team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in keeping things organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull bridal gowns and dresses for scheduled appointments based on stylist requests.
- Return gowns to their proper locations after appointments.
- Organize bridal gowns by designer, style, size, or designated store system.
- Steam bridal gowns, veils, bridesmaid dresses, and other merchandise as needed.
- Prepare dressing rooms and appointment areas before each bride arrives.
- Assist stylists during busy appointments by quickly retrieving additional gowns, sizes, or accessories.
- Keep the bridal showroom, dressing rooms, racks, storage areas, and backroom clean and organized.
- Carefully hang, bag, and handle gowns to maintain their condition.
- Help unpack, organize, and put away incoming merchandise.
- Assist with general cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, mirrors, fitting rooms, and maintaining presentation throughout the day.
- Help ensure gowns and accessories are returned to their correct locations at the end of each appointment and at closing.
- Assist with other boutique tasks as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially on weekends.
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods and regularly move and carry bridal gowns.
- Comfortable using a garment steamer and handling delicate fabrics.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Previous retail, bridal, fashion, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
Ideal Candidate
This is a great position for someone who loves fashion and bridal but prefers a behind-the-scenes, hands-on role. You will play an important part in making sure our stylists have what they need and that every bride walks into a clean, organized, and beautiful boutique.
Schedule: Part-time / Flexible
Weekend availability is important due to our bridal appointment schedule.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
