Summary
As a Nursing Assistant Certified /Med Tech with Josephine Caring Community, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents in our newly renovated Assisted Living Memory Care unit. This position is essential in supporting our mission of providing quality caregiving services across various settings, ensuring that all individuals receive the attention and support they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide compassionate support to residents in rehab, long term care, hospice and end of life settings.
- Lift and transfer residents safely using proper techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
- Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Engage with residents to promote their emotional well-being and social interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Med Tech + NAC certification
- DSHS Certification for Dementia, Safety and Orientation, Nurse Delegation, Diabetes
- First Aide/CPR
Available Shifts
- Day shift 12 hour, NAC with Med Tech and all other AL training things preferred, one opening
- Night shift 12 hour NAC with Med Tech and all other AL training things preferred, one opening
