About the Role
We are seeking a growth-oriented DTC Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer ecommerce business in the U.S. market.
This is not a traditional marketing coordination role. We are looking for someone who understands how to drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term brand growth through Shopify-based ecommerce operations and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience growing DTC brands, understands consumer behavior, and is highly data-driven. Experience with high-consideration consumer products, health and wellness products, medical devices, or ecommerce brands with complex customer journeys is strongly preferred.
This role will play a critical part in building and optimizing our DTC growth engine while improving the overall customer experience and ecommerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
DTC Growth & Ecommerce Management
- Own and support the growth of the DTC ecommerce business across Shopify and digital channels
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliate, influencer, and email marketing channels
- Optimize ecommerce conversion funnels, landing pages, product pages, checkout flow, and overall customer journey
- Monitor and improve key ecommerce KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, retention, refund rate, and LTV
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve ecommerce performance and user experience
Shopify & Conversion Optimization
- Manage and optimize the Shopify website experience including merchandising, promotions, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Identify and implement conversion rate optimization opportunities
- Support A/B testing initiatives across website content, offers, creatives, messaging, and customer flows
- Improve cart abandonment recovery, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, subscription flows, and email automation performance
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to manage paid digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI
- Track, report, and provide actionable insights on ecommerce and marketing performance metrics
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo, Hotjar, Triple Whale, and advertising platforms to drive data-informed decisions
Customer Journey & Brand Trust
- Help build a strong, trustworthy, and consistent brand presence across digital channels
- Support customer engagement strategies focused on education, onboarding, reviews, customer success, and retention
- Coordinate influencer, affiliate, partnership, UGC, and content initiatives that improve brand credibility and customer trust
- Work closely with customer service and product teams to identify customer pain points and improve the overall user experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Communications, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify ecommerce operations
- Proven experience scaling DTC customer acquisition channels
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics including CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV, and retention
- Experience managing digital advertising platforms including Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Triple Whale, and related ecommerce tools
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health, wellness, medical device, hearing aid, or high-consideration consumer product categories
- Experience scaling a Shopify-based DTC brand in the U.S. market
- Strong understanding of customer psychology, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
- Experience with subscription models, referral programs, loyalty initiatives, and customer retention programs
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and trust-building content strategies

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
